I have lived her for 10 years. Nothing ever changes. I agree with what the others have said. Nothing gets done. If you have a maintanace problem the woman in the office makes you feel like you broke it on purpose. Then when the staff gets to your apartment they have an attitude. If you have a problem with a noisy neighbor you are told to call the police (all answers for disputes are "call the police" they don't even attempt to try to help resolve a problem. There are no rules or regulations here. There was actually a rock band playing at a party this summer. I felt bad for the neighbors with babies. They state they are going to update the hallways, they have been half torn down for almost two years. The rent keeps going up and yet the only thing they do is keep the lawns nice. Trying very hard to save to buy to get out of here!
