I lived at this place for alomst a year and left early because there was TOXIC BLACK MOLD in my bedroom and hallway closet! I ended up in the hospital after being so sick with cronic cough, insomnia, and throwing up everyday for over 2 months. I left the apartment after going to the hospital and them telling me to go look for mold and found that the ceiling in my bedroom closet was almost falling down it was so black with mold. The apt manager told me it was fine and tried to just paint over it! I left immediatly. I was on 6 medications and incuding 2 inhalers for 1 year after I moved. I had to pay a lot of money to a mold specialist to come in and see how much mold was in the air.. she had never seen such a high reading.

I find this hard to believe. I've lived here almost 4 years and never had any kind of trouble like that with an apartment or with getting problems fixed. I've been in 4 different units here, and every one has been well taken care of, before and during my living there.

I have to say that I had mold in my apartment here as well. Not nearly as bad as this person is saying, but enough that there was an awful smell and a decent amount of damage to the ceiling in both the living room and bathroom. It was fixed in a timely manner, but it did happen to me as well.

I've lived here for 9 months now. I had black mold also. They came in and painted over it with a sealant, after they say they treated it with a mix. Not sure if that is true. It hasn't reappeared SO FAR. It was next to the frig when you pulled it out and also where AC is in the wall and the other kind of mold appeared in the bathroom after a month. The place wasn't cleaned well prior to move-in. I do like it here overall but Donna is not as nice as everyone wants to believe. She makes you feel like you're complaining when you need something fixed. She is a weird one. They do fix things within a day or so. My microwave was old and didn't cook over 6 minutes so they got me a new one. Now I'm watching for the mold. OK place to live. They are weird about coming into your unit. The lease says they can enter at any time without calling or having left a note that they came in. They kept quoting that it happens if there is an emergency. They get really difficult if you ask them to come when you're home. The facility guys seem great so far.
