I have to say the grounds are wonderful, so well maintained. Quiet, you can't even hear the cars out on route 1.
I think the windows could use some updating, as well as the bathrooms and new washer/dryers, dishwashers could be in order. It is quite spacious for an apartment, and there is plenty of parking.
Plenty of space for the kids to play without getting too close to the parking lots. The pool is great, it can get a bit crowded and some apartments are quite a ways from it. It is a major eyesore in the late winter though. A traffic light would be fantastic especially if you are turning left onto route 1, but that is the city's issue. Don't even attempt to turn left out of the apartments during the holiday season, it's easier to turn right and turn around in Benny's parking lot or something.
