I lived at Royal Park for 4 years and my experience there was outstanding. Donna, the manager, could not have been more helpful. She was simply wonderful in every way. Any maintenance issues were usually handled within an hour! I found the complex to be exceptionally quiet and those with offspring were in areas away from those without children. The grounds were always maintained beautifully and during winter snows, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous for the times that vehicles had to be moved in order for plowing to occur. It is a great amount of work to maintain apartment complexes but this company is highly successful at it. Plenty of safe parking, very quiet, park-like grounds, very safe, great maintenance staff who were not only efficient but also friendly, the overall rating is certainly five stars. Again, thanks to Donna, I greatly enjoyed my four years there, and would certainly return!
