I have lived in this apartment complex for 3 years and have had lots of problems here. Without giving names, some people (but not all) in the management are very rude and so are some of the
maintainence staff. I found some of the maintenance staff to be racist. As long as you don't have to get anything fixed in your apartment, it is ok. Since the heating and hotwater is included in the rent, you would find yourself showering in cold water (especially during the winters) if you are not careful to shower during the off-peak time (which is clearly not convenient).
There is absolutely no facility for families with kids - no place for kids to play (except for a lawn). If you are looking for a Gym - you will not find one in the complex. You will get much better deals for the same rent elsewhere.
