I lived in parlmont park for little more than 3 years. Sometime in 2003 or so the management changed for the worse. The management people are rude and you are good as far as you don't have to call them for anything. And if you expect to get all your refund back, then you are dreaming. I left the apt in very good condition and still they came up with some stupid thing like grease near the stove, few nails on the wall and the normal wear and tear things. And few other people had the same problem with the security deposit.
If you have no place else to stay then good luck if you know a better place then I would suggest you rent that.
