Don't keep hopes on getting your deposit back

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I had the worst experience with Parlmont Park management. As long as I stayed there, there was not even a single problem. But when I moved out of it, my problems began. I paid a whole month rent as safety deposit. When I asked them to return it back the gave me just $100.
