My family and I have lived in these apartments for many years, and have seen many instances and have experienced the reprehensible behavior and actions of the management. They do not inform the tenants of any issues or complaints and will surprise the tenant with notice to terminate their residency, which they turn over to their attorney. I would not recommend renting from this J&C Management, particularly if you have a family. Avoid these apartments.
