It has been my experience in the past 2 years that Parlmont Park management company has been very responsive to my needs. The maintenance dept. has always fixed any problems that occured in a reasonable period of time. As an elderly tenant who was unable to reach and use the air conditioning control nobs; Parlmont Park replaced the unit with a remote device that I can easily use. My family has never had a parking problem when they visit and have always commented on how lovely the grounds are kept.

This apartment is great, nice inside, out side, very clean??? community is excellent. On the other side the management is worst I???ve ever seen. I lived in other apartment complex for the past 10 years but I never seen kind of treatment you get from this management. First thing they are arrogant. What ever process they defined is their personal, never consider what tenant wants. The style of operation is very old and don???t even argue about with them. In my previous apartment the management used to invite tenants for an ice-cream party to understand our feelings about the stay, here forget about those party???s I am scared to go apartment office side. This is a great apartment to live if you stay away from management.
