This management Sucks, all of sudden they WILL send letter to vacate the apartment in 60 days no reason mentioned when asked, were told that we signed the "TENANT AT WILL" agreement which means they can kick you out in 60 days. Unless you want to fight in court you have no choice.

NOTE: Beaware of the Maintenance guys, they are stupids instead of working they will be chatting with office staff and try to present in the office. These stupids determine the cleanines of you and your apartment and pass the info to great J & C management to serve you vacate notice.

IN THIS APARTMENT THERE IS NO FREEDOM FOR YOU AS YOU ARE ON "TENANT AT WILL" AGREEMENT THEY WILL TERMINATE YOUR LEASE AND STAND LIKE DEVILS BY READING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

As always it is very important to carefully read any document before signing. The agreement states in paragraph 1 that it is a TAW (Tenancy-At-Will). In paragraph 2, the 60 day notice is in CAPS. A resident may give notice to leave without giving any reason to the landlord. The same option belongs to the landlord. A TAW gives the resident greater flexibility because he/she is not responsible for fulfilling the remainder of any lease if there is an early move out. Of course any suspected theft of jewelry should have been reported to the policeand the management company (as well as the insurance co.) If the police had been notified, they would automatically contact the management company. Parlmont Park is located at the junction of Rt. 129 and 3A in North Billerica.
