PROs:
We have lived here for the last 5 years. Its been a great place. Nice apartment and very good location. This apartment complex is better tham some other places where the rent is high. The maintenance guys are friendly and and office staff is very polite on the phone. But maintenance requests are not always looked into immediately. Although once the refrigerator broke down during the weekend but it was replaced in less than 2 hours. The people who live here are mostly professionals. There isn't much noise apart from the swimming pool during summer. The grounds are well maintained and well lit. There's ample parking space.

CONs:
We had to move out as we were given notice to vacate the apartment in 60 days.(They granted us a one month extension after my request) We have a four year old so it was a nuisance to move during school. When we enquired about it they didn't give any reason. I know of 2 other families who got the same notice. If there is a rhyme or reason for getting this notice it sure escapes me. If you can avoid these you can have a nice stay here.
Also this year they prohibited children to play in the Courtyard for no apparent reason. The Courtyard is an enclosed space and it was a nice place for children to play.

Overall I would strongly recommend this place....!
