I'd like to address this comment that has been recently posted. First of all, regarding the fact that we do not accept post dated checks is the Policy that has been in effect for years. However, we do make acceptions for those residents who are going away on vacation. This has been in effect for the simple fact that accepting post dated rent checks will only make it difficult, as remembering each and everyones personal circumstances is quite hard. Also, for the convenience of our Residents we prefer not to keep rent checks here at the office for long periods of time. But again, we have made the acception before in the past. As far as writing dates or anything for that matter on residents checks is ABSOLUTELY FALSE!!!! We have NEVER been accused of this before in the past...also, the money was credited and returned to this resident the same day! Regarding the Parking Rules, in the Winter time, it is imperative that we set a Policy to clear off your car and move it to a plowed spot by 10:00 a.m. as there is 216 apartments here with the majority of our residents having 2 or more vehicles. The surrounding communities require your car to be moved by 8:00 a.m. Much research was involved before this Policy was actually put in place. If your a resident of massachusetts you can understand that our Winters can get very ugly and with our Maintenance Dept. working around the clock to help ensure the safety of our residents in the Parking Lot, we do expect our residents to do their part, Especially regarding their OWN vehicles. Also, regarding the Rent-Parlmont Park has had ONE increase in rent since 9/11/2001. This site is supposed to used in order for people to openly speak, which is great because we have had residents that have enjoyed our apartments and customer service. However, posting things that are FALSE is not fair and will be addressed immediately. I'm not sure why none of the wonderful things regarding the brand new apartment home the resident was given was NOT mentioned or the great rent special that was offered upon moving in or the wonderful customer service that was delivered, as we accomdated this resident with as many requests as we could address. Bottom line is that We are sorry for the displeasure you have had living at Parlmont Park Apartments. We still apreciate your stay with us and we will continue to serve of residents with quick response, affordable rents and great customer service. Thank you.

i lived in bldg 2 for... 8 months. good maintenence. good staff. clean apartments... quiet... cheap rent. AWESOME POOL!!!! awesome landscape. id recommend. =)and also my rent only went up once. and they did tow my car... but they put signs up around the apartment and i was gone for the weekend when it snowed. wasnt there fault.
