I have also lived here for six years now and have had 3 different office managers, and problems with two of them the current one is very patronizing, condisending, and belittling, not to mention has no idea on how to be professional when handling annonimity. She likes to brag about being an overacheiver at the tender age of 24 like that is supposed to impress and intimidate anyone, her lack of respect and tact when handling her tenants shows her inexperience and professionalism, she also shows a total lack of class when dealing with her tenants by passing judgement on some which shows she herself as a classist. She does not hesitate to use expletives in conversation with her tenants. She makes up laws to suit her needs and assumes that just because residents are low income that they are uneducated and do not know their rights,she also has no problem invading the privacy rights of non-residents to gather information as to whether they are residing at the Crossroads by asking for documents such as leases and other forms of paperwork, which is an invasion of privacy. Yet when you have an issue with anything she always has the reply, "It's out of my hands!" So in my opinion this is not a place to have children for she shows a total lack of judgement in character when choosing future tenants for this place, because since she has been manager here the crime rate has gone up and the people here now are nothing but a bunch of criminals, and she only picks on the people that she can intimidate with her line of bull. She is getting rid of the decsent people and attracting the criminals. The place is pretty to look at but it is turning into a slum. Thank you H.F. good job your parents must be so proud of their little overacheiver. She also has no problem trying to get other tenants to become so called snitches causing strife amongst the residents by naming names. So that when someone comes to her with an issue about a tenant or tenants she will go to the problem resident and use names causing retaliation. I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy, not for kids, when push comes to shove she crumbles, as far as I can see she is nothing but a bar tender not a property manager. She comes and goes as she pleases so if you plan to apply here call first odds are she wont be there.
