This place is not good at all.

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004
We have had so many problems. One of the worst we ever had is when our water heater broke, and flooded the upstairs. The maintenence did not show up for 2 days. We called a plumber to fix the problem. The gutters haven't been cleaned for 3 years, and the landscaping is pretty bad. Maintenence leaves nothing to be desired. I still live here how, however. I am 17 now, I've been living here for 5 years, almost 6. I sure hope Doug King reads this, and finds out how bad Washington Green in East Walpole has gotten. Oh, by the way, WE NEED NEW WASHERS AND DRYERS!!
