The Good:
- Convenient to I-93
- New complex.
The Bad:
- Gravel pit across the road. Don't open your windows.
- Trash is always piled high at the dumpster.
- Noise is very bad. I don't want to hear the person above me using the bathroom.

Luxury? - don't believe the lies I honestly felt lied to when moving into this complex. I know people move there because the choices for pet owners are silm (because that is why I moved there) but I recommend going elsewhere if at all possible.

Don't Come Here!! Seriously, we were lucky not to have a neighbor upstairs for 4 months. Now there is a couple up stairs with a small dog& the noise is driving us crazy! When you're in the bathroom & they are in theirs you can hear the pee! What's up with that? The TV is so loud
