Nice These apartments are really nice. The two floors give a more home feeling. The windows are huge for more air and light. The noise level is pretty low, and you get a front and back door. The parking is okay, depending on what time you get home. Maintenence is very quick. They come right away

one of the best Loved the townhouse style and burbur carpeting, open layout and little backyard area. We, too, had one maintenance issue which was fixed immediately with a typed note left regarding what work had been done and why. Ample parking, very nice people in the office!

Great location & safe These are nice quiet apartments located right in downtown Northampton. Management was helpful, but the office hours don´t seem to mean very much. The building is well maintained, clean, quiet and safe. Parking was ample and well-lit. A guard watches over weekend

1) The location is amazing. You can walking anywhere downtown, and are close to the interstate for commutes to Holyoke or Springfield.
