Avalon Northborough is brand new apartment homes; tenants just moved in last June. Many of our neighbours have very large breeds of dogs (sheperd, labrador, huskies, st. bernard, etc). We love dogs (we grew up with having dogs/ other pets; we don't have one now since we are living in apt complex). Imagine renting a luxury apt unit, but having to walk though the hallways/stairs where you smell and see pets waste (poop and urine), hair balls, and dirts. The stench are sooo horrible, worse than dirty diapers! (we'll take living in old apts with curry/ cigarrette smoke smells over this!!).
We try holding our breath when walking in/ out of our apartment building, but end up throwing up most of the times.
How could the management charge outrageous price for rents, and not have any cleaning staff. This is extremely upsetting. The only thing the management did was sending newsletter reminding the pet owner to clean up after their pets. Start having your cleaning crew clean the hallways and stairs! Outside landscaping are top-notch, but this is only to lure you to sign the lease. Of course the building where the leasing office is, smells wonderful (fresh and flowery potpourri scent).

Another huge problem would be the daily loud construction noise, including the weekends from 6 or 7 am till late in the evening!!
