Beautiful loft apartment but rent increase is big - We've been living here for almost 1 year now and I can't complain about the apartment. It's modern, comfortable, quiet (we don't really hear the neighbors). It's a 1 bedroom loft and feels really open and sunny. Look Elsewhere They'll wine and dine you, and you might be happy for a year, but then they'll raise rent 20 percent. Expensive, massive traffic headache with new shops, and be prepared to hear your neighbors footsteps.

Good Place to Live Nice, clean and quiet. Management was easy to deal with. If you are a quiet professional, this is probably a good place to live. If you are younger and looking for a place to party, this place is probably miserable as they have a lot of rules.

Deceptive Beware of the "reservation fee" clause hidden in their lease application. They'll play up their "30 day guarantee" and the ability to transfer your lease to another community. What they don't mention is that they will steal your deposit if you change your mind

Mixed Feelings, mostly negative I have lived here for a year and a half. At first, of course, everything is hunky dory. The grounds USED to be kept up very well. According to their landscaper, in an effort to save money on lawn mowing, they are now only mowing about 20%
