Nassau Gardens Rental Office

Many Issues From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2003 Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 2003   I have been a long time resident of Nassau Gardens. I agree with many of the things said by people who have written other reviews. the board is much like a highschool click. If they like you things get done, if not, nothing is addressed. The new managment company is far worse than the one that we had before. Work orders take weeks to get completed and you must call over and over again to get them addressed. The personnel is poor at best. The trained maintenance staff is not at all trained. elections are fixed and are not handled like the ones our government run. It has become a dictatorship with one or two people running the show. a cooperative should be a community in which all work together but some people have used it for their own personnel gain. Some have used it for financial gain as well. poor management and a board who does not want to get involved has cost us all dearly in increase after increase since bringing on private managment vs self management. What will the next rent increase cost us'
