I liked this place a bit more when we moved in. However, there has been a change in the office staff recently and I won't call the office anymore because the lady is so rude.
Maintenance is alright sometimes, but it's hard to get the office to respond to requests. They also charge you money if you get locked out, even if it's during the day. And everyone lives on site! They have stupid rules and I feel like I live in the ghetto, even though Norwood is generally a pretty nice area.
I've lived here over a year and can't wait to get out.
