I lived here for 2 years and consider it one of the better apartment complexes I have seen. The maintenance guy always showed up within 24 hours if we reported a problem. Once he was there in under 10 minutes with a wet-vac when the water heater had a leak. it took a day to get it fixed for real, but I was just impressed someone came within 10 minutes.

There are tons of kids in this complex so it can get noisy outside in the summer between the buildings. The kids steal each other's bicycles but I've never seen them be malicious or destructive. I had a neighbor who would have loud parties every weekend, but there is always a chance of that being a problem in any complex where you share walls. At least there was no one on top of me.

Sure the place is a bit more ghetto than the surrounding Westwood and Norwood, but come on ... it's a complex. I'd live there again if I moved back to New England and had people to split the place with. My biggest complaint was that the bedrooms were set up in size for families not room mates. I avoided the staff here any chance I got. They tended to be a bit power trippy and overly domineering with their rules.
