I lived here almost a year and now my lease is up and have move out. I only dealt with Sandy in Management who I found very helpful. My neighbour always has loud parties on weedends. I found it clean place but kids are little noisy specially teenagers throwing snows balls towards moving cars inside the complex. Teens are always problamatic. Gym is rip off...they will charge you for Gym Key, min 3 months fees, must have trainer atleast for 1 day another 25 bucks ... Paid 1395/- per month and now is up again... Always have parking been problems..neighbours guest always seem to occupy your parking spot and you end up parking way far from your unit.
