My husband and I moved in July 2007 and absolutely loved our townhouse...at first. Our townhouse was pretty much thrown togather. There was no gas line therefore we had no hot water and heating. There was no mirror in upstairs bathroom. All of these issues were fixed but then it got worse. The parking is ridiculous and people don't stay in their spot, they take up two or more spots making it impossible for anyone to park. This was really bad during the winter. Poor plowing and salting during the winter/snowy months. The windows are not properly sealed. The back of our townhouse faces a courtyard of sorts and it is very noisy and loud, can't even open the sliding glass door blinds or windows because privacy is zero to none. Very OVERPRICED considering all of the issues you may have to deal with while living here. One last thing I think if they are going to charge such high rent they really need to be carefull of who they rent to. There are alot of unkempt people that live in this complex. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I agree; there is no privacy, crowded place, nonprofessional staff that do nothing, the manager is not easy to deal with, and safety is very poor. You guess the rest.
