VERY NICE!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2005   I have been a resident here for 10 years. The apartments are very well built and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The manager and superintendent have been here since I have moved in. Both are extremly nice. I really don't know the other maintence men to well but also seem very nice. The corporate office is close by in Braintree. I find all of them extremely helpful. Maintenance is great. If you call early enough they respond that afternoon. There are people on Section 8 here but from my understanding the management company has to take them. I have some very nice neighbors and some have been here since the place was built 20 years ago. There are a few problems but you expect them living in a community of this size and the management deals with them accordingly. There is a pool and a exercise room. There is no fee for either, you do have to buy your pool pass but its only $5.00 for the year and the exercise room is only open when the office is open which is 7 days a week. The pool is always nice and clean and the lifeguards are always nice and friendly.The rent is comparative with other rents in the area and they have not increased the rent in 3 years. You do not have to sign a new lease every year, after your first year you are tenant at will. My family and I plan on staying here for many more years.
