Coming through during the day, you would think this was a nice place to live. The grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of parking. Dont fall for it. Once you are in, you will be paying way too much rent for what you will be getting. I am in a townhouse, which is the cream of the crop here, but I share a hot water heater with the townhouse next door. Thats two townhouses, 5 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half baths, a washing machine and two dishwashers all using one water heater. Then there is the noise. If your neighbor sneezes you will know. The rents are so high that only Section 8 residents can afford to live here, and while many of them are perfectly nice, the rest are loud, rude and completely inconsiderate of the fact that they live in a community. The comments about kids in the parking lots is true, your car will have dents and scratches galore. No point in complaining to management, they dont care.
This could be a great place to live if the noisy neighbors would tone it down, parents would be responsible for their children, and the rent was lower. As it is, if ulcers and sleeplessness are your idea of a good living environment, this is the place for you.
