This is hell on earth!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I've been living here for 2 years and can't wait till my lease is up... why you ask.. Well... 1. The rent is incredibly high, for that price you'd think you'd be living in a castle. @ 2. 95% of the tenants are either slobs, idiots or just plain rude. They leave their garbage outside on the grass,(wich smells horrible) they play their music so loud you can hear it when you drive into the community, and as to laundry, they put their clothes to wash, and take forever to put them in the dryer and when they finally do, they'll leave it there for the rest of they,day. This is when the machines are actually working . 3. and as to maintnance, there are no words to describe them.... the guys who mow the lawn... smoke weed while they're doing it, and there's no sense in complaining cuz the office doesn't care. And when you need emergency maitnance, they're suppose to come in 24 hrs, it took them 1 week to fix my ac last summer, my apartment was 90 degrees, and my newborn baby got dehydrated. Soo... if you think that this looks like the ideal place for you and your family... just remember this... LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!!!
