Not bad in winter..terrible the rest of the year From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   In the winter Windsor is fine. No one partying in the parking lots...plowing is done quickly and effienctly and the heat works. Love it in the winter. Unfortunately the rest of the year is a nightmare. Kids in the street...parents no where to be seen. My car was damaged twice this year by kids and by other careless drivers.(calling DSS''') The problem lies with management. Completely and totally. The office is run by children. Inexperienced and inefficient. They do not take complaints seriously. Maintanance was wonderful last year. Not sure what happened or who left but it's is lacking sorely this year. My tub has been leaking for three weeks and no one has stopped by at all. My patio looks like garbage. It's a scary place all in all. Lots of violence and scum bags. Just check the police blotter. If windsor took 5.00 out of the rents from each apartment that they over charge for they could afford a few security officers to monitor the place. Bottom line. it's too expensive to be so terrible. Shoddy materials, poor maintanance and the worst rental staff i have ever had the misforture to deal with.And the complex is becoming the hood. Do not go to windsor gardens if you have a choice. it's horrible. Find some adults for that office.
