Great place! From: wanda624 Date posted: 5/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 3 responses   I've had a great experience here at Windsor Gardens. I think the apartments are great and all of my expectations were met moving in here. The staff is very helpful, especially maintenance.
