It's true...Get out while you can. This place is one of the worst palces to live. I have lived her for 13 yearsa and this is the worst its ever been. Thank goodness I have been blessed with getting a new place to live in out of Windsor Gardens n out of Norwood period. The children thaqt run around here are disrepectful. My daughter n I were coming home and this child who was riding there bikes on the sidewalks which the front office has told me is nto where they are to be riding the bikes rolled over my childs foot and broke here toe. When I confronted the mother, who by the way was a low life scumbag who looked like she had just got done smoking crack had the odasity to say my child does nothing wrong. she is the same one who calls whit peole honkeys and other slandish words. The front office knows of all the scum they let in but say they don't care. A child almost started a fire b/c she was lighting the grass with a grill igniter. Parents who have kids that live here are rude as well. The way some of these parents dress show how they look and treat not only dress their children. I h ave seen kids smokin and doing drugs in the parking lot, girls out htere prostituting and soliciting these guys for sex, and to boot the vandalizm not only to the storage units but into apartments and townhomes. This is a bit ridiculous and I think someone needs to coem in and inspect all buildings for mold and how safe the structure is. I heard from the front office that with these new renovatios they are doing will take about a year and when finished each unti will ahev their own water heater and ad they will start to charge you for gas and hto water. Before you move here tour the community during the day on the weekends and as well during the night time. The police have been in this complex as well as fire and EMS so many times that I would be rich. Especially tour the village north west side of the complex. This is where you find hal of lil roxbury crawling around. The east side of the complex I would say is the more wuiet area in here. I would never tellanyone to live here if it were the last thing or place on this earth. Thank goodness I am moving down to Texas with my BABY!!!

If this reviewer could complete a single sentence without a grammatical error or a spelling mistake, I might actually take them seriously. Nice choice of words. Obviously a very intelligent person. Im glad theyre leaving, I dont want an ignorant hypocrite as a neighbor. Sounds to me like someone is getting kicked out and looking to take revenge against the management.

Wow. We're probably moving out in a few months because it looks like they'll be charging for heat then due to the new meters being installed on everyone's individual unit, not to mention that the first year was a promotional rate & the rent will likely be going up as well. So we'll probably not renew our lease. But this posting is ridiculous. I couldn't even understand half of what was written. In my time here, I haven't seen any firetrucks, police cars, prostitutes or drug traffikers. Well, I did see one police car, but only because I called them when my car got dented overnight by some idiot on the premises who didn't know how to drive. One more reason I probably won't be renewing my lease (that, and someone stole a package recently, which is, by the way, a federal offense). While I agree with the original poster in that I won't likely be renewing my lease, she/he makes the rest of us all look bad by posting these falsehoods and not being able to communicate like a normal person.

The poster probably deserves to be in Texas, without her child whom she will almost certainly bring up to be obnoxious, prejudiced and illeterate like her. I have been here 7 months, and have never seen a situaltion like the ones described here (Fire trucks? Where?). Good riddance!
