Ridiculously incompetent and inconsiderate

I would NOT RECOMMEND Windsor Gardens to anyone looking for an apartment.
With the exception of one office employee who is unauthorized to make any decisions, our frustration and concerns have gone unnoticed. Construction starts early each morning between 7 and 8 a.m. On the weekends, they re showing up around 8 with their power sanders and heavy construction boots, stomping around my ceiling and dropping their cigarette butts, ashes, and debris all over our porch.
The construction in an upstairs apartment is causing damage in surrounding apartments. Besides the disruption to our lives when demolition and construction crews come pounding in at unreasonable hours, making noise and a mess, they ve caused drywall to fall out of our ceiling and pictures and cabinets jostled. One of our neighbors came home to find that all of her dishes had fallen out of her cabinets and were shattered on the floor because the construction workers pounded the next-door-apartment s walls so hard. Not only is our neighbor out all of her dishes, but she (like us) hadn t even been warned that any construction would be taking place.
In the past, they've also cut off the water without warning, and made everyone in our building remove everything (dishes, cookbooks, appliances, etc.) from our kitchens so that they could spray for roaches; we complied by their requests (it took us hours to move everything and cover it and to relocate our pets for the day) and came home to find out that they didn't spray and weren't rescheduling.
This place has been one problem after another and I STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
