Well, the $500 reward is attracting more people. I think the reviewer did not write enough to earn the reward.

There is NO $500 reward for writing a good review. There is a $500 reward for referring a new tenant who ends up signing a lease. It was a very short review, though. Does Nicole not hear the excessive noise?
