Not such a quiet place to live. Most apartments from experience (lived in a few different ones) have major bug problems such as ants in the summer, spiders and others. Only the 3brd apartments have washer/dryer hookup, the 2 bdr and under have to share the washer and dryer with the whole building (8 units each), some tenants like to take laundry out of washer and dryer before you get to them, which is wrong. The walkways could be shoveled better in the winter, I slipped a few times. Only when the HUD come does Pine Crest decide to fix things that are wrong with the deveopment. Note that all maintenance personnel (Males) get access to every apartment key (WHICH THEY SHOULD NOT), even new hires can get the key to enter the apartment to fix things, that is simply wrong. Management is tough on you to get in if you do not have Housing, because there is a "certain amount" they have to meet, which is discrimination.
