For the past 6 months I have been listening to the TV of the Apartment next to me, at 2:00 a.m.

3:00 a.m.

and so on, people have no respect for the people that actually work for a living and have now developed a sleep disorder.

I have been to the leasing office (spoke with the new manager, I think the third since I've been there) and he said he would maybe post a notice!!! gee wasn't that just special of him and yet the noise goes on...Don't do it, it's overpriced and not worth the grief if you actually would like to sleep at night!
