We have lived at Crane Brook for over year and have had nothing but good experiences from the staff and maintenance. No problems with noise or other residents, either. (I'm at work all day and home only in the evenings.) However, we live in the main building and I get the feeling from reading the other reviews that maybe things are not so great in the other buildings. There are a lot of more "mature" residents in our building and that may be why it is so quiet.
I do want to comment that we received letters late Spring, I believe, informing us of painting and carpeting in the hallways slated for this past summer. Things are looking shabbier and shabbier and the only painting that has been done is in the main office.

I read the Salem News every day--one incident was in the 8000 building and the other one was not in the main building. You read the paper--why don't you tell me where it was?

So that's what that light colored Ford Explorer was doing at 3 am driving around the buildings...round and round in both directions really fast. One young white 20's guy was walking around fast and even faster when he heard my "cough" from the balcony. I didn't even bother calling the cops and I knew what they were up to. You cant call the cops anonymously these days. That front main building is nicer than the rest. You can use the rec room 24/7. The rest of us have to wait until the office opens so they can open the door...and forget Sundays..have to wait til security guard opens it at night. Your building is the only one with an elevator. Oh and we cant even get in that building by the office with the fob..it doesnt work for the front door only the back door by the pool and only between 7 am and 11 pm. No early workouts in the gym for us before work. No shopping cart to get our groceries in the buildings. Do you wonder why nobody ever uses the rec room? They don't want anyone using it...it's mainly for display when they show the prospective tenants around. Try spending some time in there and see what happens if you make it a regular thing.

I live in the main building and it was actually 9 cars! And I know this because 1 of them was my boyfriends which was completely ransacked!!! They'r not actually labeling all the incidents as "break-ins" because a lot of the cars had doors un-locked..not sure they realize where we live but THAT is pretty dumb! No offense anyone!!! And yes-I agree w/the comment that this is obviously management or an employee.Or perhaps I'm wrong and it was Helen Keller, in which case u WOULD like it here!!!!!

One Incident was in the 8000 building....!!! You call Attempted Murder an "Incident"?!??!? It just shows the quality of people the main office is allowing into your neighborhood, im all moved out and will NOT be back - I actually care about the safety of my family!
