I agree with previous reviews that Avalon apartments are loud. People are very loud on thier feet and I believe they do it on purpose because they are discusted that they pay high high rents and get noise.

I have to keep my TV or Radio on pretty loud now at ALL times if I dont want to hear the banging or the heavy feet of terrible neighbors. I hate to say it but I have turned into a terrible neighbor just trying to avoid the noise. I'm stuck here. Cant afford to move out. I suggest if you move here you should get a TOP floor apartment. If you get a loft you could probably get a good nights sleep. I get waken between 4-5 am every morning by the pouding of feet above me. Old man in his 50's shouldnt be acting like that. Just terrible.
