I've been waiting a long time to post here once I found it when I was looking for somewhere to move.

First off, the sound of the traffic of 95 doesn't seem bad at first, but believe me, it gets old quick!!! Especially the tractor trailors hitting the exhaust brakes as they slow down to take the 114 exit.

Second of all, the people that live here have no respect for others. The clientel of people has dropped from many middle class buisness professionals to many lower class, low income families.

If they spent as much putting some actual insulation in the walls of this place as they do on the landscaping making it look nice, the place would be great. You can hear ever noise from your neighbors. I could hear them cooking in the microwave. I could hear them doing dishes. I could hear them snoring. I could hear the having sex. God forbid you have any overweight , or heavy footed people that live above you. If there are kids........FORGET IT!!!!!

The people in the lease office are another story. The change so often when you build a relationship with one person, they are gone. The women particularly have serious attitude problems and i've sat in the office and couldn't believe the way they were openly talking about residents that had just left.

The amenities are a farce as well. The pool is a joke. Try to bring a guest and they try and make you pay fifteen bucks!!!!! Everytime I ever went to use the grills, both of them would be taken by the same person having some sort of family gathering. The basketball court is another jokes. Carloads of non resident arive nitely to have basketball tournaments.

The security on site is another joke. Neighbors partying at 2 in the morning and you call them and they won't do a thing. If you move in, put the Peabody and Danvers Police on speed dial. That's the only way your problems will be solved.

The structure of the building is terrible and I don't know how it ever passed inspection. We kept our thermostat at 60 all winter and froze and our keyspan bill was still well into the 100 every month. You stand next to the outside walls and can feel the cold blow right in.

The negative posts here are not few and far between. Before you move in, hang around in the parking lot and talk to some residents.

This place is nothing more than an overpriced housing project and they are building more and more. You can do ALOT better for the money.

I agree with everything this person says. I have lived here for 3 years now and even though there are many problems here I find that the bad tenants move out when thier lease is up...so I just wait for them to leave now lol Today is 9/30/06. There are a few people in my building moving out today. Crossing fingers that thier replacements will be decent folk. Parking has become hard to find here lately. Seems like everyone has 3 cars here. Makes me wonder how many people are squishing into the apt's.

I have lived her at the "time well spent" for two years now and well it is far from time well spent......I agree with the first writer, I have been in the main building and have heard the "ladies" huh, speaking about the tenant openly......where is the privacy. This place is a Joke for the amount of money I pay and the bs I see going on I wished I never moved in......to bad my job is close to home:(

this place deff suxs the staff never wants to try and solve anything they just keep blowing you off thinking u will forget and to get them to fix something in the apartment is like pulling teeth...they want the rent on time but dont wonna fix anything on time....also the plowing suxs gotta climb over mountains when getting out of your car..
