I've been here awhile and have had to deal with various problems over time. Loud neighbors, slamming doors, car horns going off at 3 am, unannounced entry into my apt when not at home, stolen items, trash in hallways....the list goes on.

One important thing you should know about that they dont tell you when you move in*********Every 2 months they come up with an excuse to enter your apartment****** This happens to everyone. Every two months they give you less than 24 hours notice by leaving notes on all the doors that they will be entering your apt for either preventative maintenance checks, fire alarms testing, replacing fuses, replacing air filters, carbon monoxide testing...you name it they will come up with an excuse. If your work for a living you wont enjoy knowing that they come in so often. ATLEAST 6-8 TIMES A YEAR!!! I have been here a few years and it's constant. If you plan on taking days off to be here when they enter...plan on losing your job cause your boss will get sick of it too!

Yeah, I forgot to mention that in my post. One morning, my fiance and I was laying in bed, and there was a knock at the door. I figured it was my room mate. NO, IT WAS THE MAINTANENCE CHECKING THE FIRE ALARM BOXES!!!!!

We also came home once to muddy foot prints all over our rug. We called the police, nothing was stolen. According to the lease office, no one had taken keys to our apartment to enter. Must have been the Easter Bunny?

I had the muddy footprints too one day. I noticed that laundry detergent and some food was missing. That was the day I went out and bought a motion sensored camera. The camera is the size of a pin head. I put it on when I leave the unit now. Havent caught anyone yet. But I will :) When that happens I will sue them and they will pay all my moving expenses and pay for my expensive camera too!

I've had coffee, papertowels, toilet paper, scisors, feminine hygene products...stuff like that dissapear too.
