Not a disabled friendly place to live

I've lived here since 2004. In March 2008 I suffered a severe leg injury while hiking. This injury has prevented me from driving since that day. I own a manual transmission vehicle and simply cannot perform the clutch action with my leg. My car has sat in the same spot while im forced to take an MBTA handicapped van. Avalon at Crane Brook doesn't care about my situation and doesn't like the fact that my car just sits there and doesn't move. My injury is not forever. It's fixable and I've had 2 surgeries so far. They are unwilling to bend and continue with the harassment over my vehicle.
Every few months they vandalize my vehicle by placing HUGE hard to remove orange stickers on my windshield threatening to tow it away. (I'm assuming they think its not registered or insured because it doesn't move but I have all the registration/insurance paper work and proof of dates and payments. The don't want to even look at the paperwork. They just keep vandalizing my car with those stickers) What an embarrasing thing to go through time and time again. Because of the frequent turn over of office workers (I hear they make 10- per hour so why treat people with respect at that salary) I have to keep explaining my situation to a new person time and time again. Constant harassment. By law they have to make certain acceptions for the handicapped. They have failed to do so in my case. I believe they should be fined by the state for violating the law.
My building has 3 handicapped people living in it. 3 have handicapped plates or plackards. With only 2 handicapped spots in front of building 3200 and all parking spots being taken its quite difficult for the handicapped and I believe this should be addressed asap. I'm pretty sure by law they have to add another handicapped spot to accommodate us but I doubt they would care unless an attorney's letter is sent.
My email address is above and I would love to hear from you if you have had a similar experience as a handicapped person living here. ADA laws exist. 2 voices are better than one. ada.gov/
