The units are absolutely gorgeous, but the one thing they neglect to tell you is that you will be living amongst landfills. As a life long Peabody resident, I was shocked to learn that a company would invest so much money in land situated between GCR Landfill and the old Peabody municipal dump. Curiousity got the best of me so I had to check it out. The staff was very friendly, the apartment was beautiful, but it has to be because on those hot summer nights when you'd like to be outdoors, you are going to be stuck in your lovely apartment because of the stench from the dumps! The best part is you'll be paying top dollar to live next to a dump. In the 1st review the tenant said it was very quiet...it should be because when I toured the unit I was informed that there were only tenants in 1 building thus far. The other buildings are set to open over the course of the next few months.

True, it sits adjacent to two landfills/dumps. True, we looked the place over out of curiosity and 90% of the site is still under construction, it looked like only one building had tenants. The guy who made that first comment seems more interested in impressing the girls in the front office than an honest rating. Also, no yards or grounds at all, all buildings and parking lots with a rather small pool given the number of units they are building.

Its not true this true that. It is true that Apartemtn companies get MAJOR write offs for building on a dump site. Hence the top of the line kitchen construction. But is the savings really passed on? Windsor Courts is also built next to the old Beverly Dump.
