Please read the TOTAL review given here...someone who does not live at the complex has NO business rating it like they DO!!! I DO live here, have since the second building opened and have to tell you - it is a little piece of HEAVEN!!! I have been in heat and cold so far...no smell of any landfill! What I do experience is a lifestyle I didn't think possible for the $$ I spend in rent! The fitness center, business center and staff are the most outstanding I have ever seen in ANY complex I have lived in.

The apartments are the finest quality, best layout and greatest value I have come accross in over 20 years of renting.

Don't believe the negative remarks of someone not qualified to make them - visit the place yourself. And as far as the place not being finished...they do tell you that in the ads, at least the ad that brought me here...and it is more than obvious when you drive up.

I agree! If you haven't lived there...you do not know! We went to look and sniff, and were pleasantly surprised. I have to say that our rep. was extremely curtious and non-agressive. In fact she was one of the most professional people I've come across in all my renting experiences. We've signed and will be moving next year in one of the up coming buildings. I am so excited about it I frequently re-play our voicemail to hear that we're "set for the fall". I admit I find myself defending our choice when I tell friends about it. The usual reponse is about the smell and thats when I ask them "so you've been down Dearborn Road recently?" and they say "No", so okay then. I figure we have all of next summer to drive by and snif all we want, just to prove them wrong!
