I have had a wonderful experience here in the community and with the staff. Gabrielle has gone above and beyond for us. She always responds quickly, even to silly questions! The maintenence staff is great as well. They are always willing to help, one day helping my husband with a TV and another day offering to help me with grocerys! And they always say hello to my children. I do recommend living at the Highlands. The buildings are clean and most importantly safe. We had visited others in the area and we made the right choice coming here.

I live at Avalon Cranebrook and when I walk around the property I dont see anyone....hardly anyone uses the pool or the weight room. I enjoy having my own personal life guard on duty lol
