THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWNHILL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2007   Improvements are being made to the exterior, making it look more like an Avalon property. Unfortunately, management is not particular who they rent to, and it's turning into a "project". Disruptive tenants are not dealt with on a one-to-one basis, thus problems continue. I will be moving next year.
