I have had a hideous 2 years here. The rent is based on your income, which was helpful at the time, but my neighbors are loud and obnoxious. This couple screams at each other non-stop! The walls are so thin, you hear EVERYTHING!!! You can't have a phone conversation and think you are enjoying any privacy. Children run and scream in the halls, people throw trash all over the building ... the place could be fantastic, but the tenants ruin it. The office staff is great, maintenance is prompt and professional ... BUT not worth the discount!
