I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone I care about. - Heating the apt. is EXTREAMLY expensive.Getting someone to plow is impossible! Not so.....take a look I'm not sure where Mr. Tower was or if he was ever a resident, but I am in total disagreement with his review.
Bellco owns 11 buildings in town and maybe at one time years ago his statements may have been true, but the buildings and the tenants are everyday people

good economy choice Clean well kept apartments and grounds. 2 and 3 bedroom apts are 2 level. Master bedroom is good size, as well as living room (combined with dining room). Other bedrooms are comparatively small, small kitchen. Good price/quality combination. Safe. Downsides: bad-kept laundry
