Decent - It is close to 95 and 495 as well as a number of grocery stores, malls, and shopping plazas. The pool is a definite plus especially when it's hot out. not happy I have lived here for a few years and have been very unhappy with the office staff they are very unhelpfull and rude the apartments are too small for what you pay for them. I suggest you think twice before renting here.

great area...great people I found that colonial village has the kindest employees working on site.
I have been in several other complexes over the years and have been pleasantly surprised at the promptness of requests and helpfulness of office personnel. It is conveniently located near my office

Love it! I just moved in and was hesitant after reading the reviews posted here but the girls in the office were so nice and reasuring that I decided to move in and I am glad that I did. The staff is so helpfull and there is so much to do in the area. The apartment I moved into is so nice

Would not let my animals live there Place was nice years ago when they were privatly owned but now I would not live there for free.. I would rather live in a shelter. Poor management, always raising rent, Shady rental agreements wanting you to sign 3 months before for a cheeper price,

LOVED LIVING HERE My partner and I rented a one bedroom and loved every second of it. Great amenities, great people, quiet complex, and they accept pets. So when it comes to price you get what you paid for in this town. BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Worst Place to live, Hopeless Management This place is now having a new name as Colonial Village so be away from this place if you want peace of mind. Apartments are petty old and getting mold now and then.
