My experience with Avalon at the Pinehills in Plymouth, MA has been more than I ever expected. I live alone and I was dreading the move, but when I arrived I was gret by the staff with open arms and a sincere offer to help in any way possible. These were not idle words from picture hanging, to lifing my mattress, to putting in a dimmer swithc, to changing each day, every task was done with a smile and a genuine interest in my progress and mental well being. You cannot put a price tag on this kind of service. The landscape (enhanced by the golf course) and the physical product which Avalon offers speak for themselves. My purpose is in speaking for the administraive team which exemplifies the spirit of Avalon. They are genuinely interested in the quality of my lifestyle. i've been here over 3 months and they are just as sincere about hleping me now as they were when I first moved in. I can't say enough for the administrative and maintenance team of Stacy, Tita, Barbara, sue, Gary, Bill and Josh. Their "people pleasing skills" are the frosting on the cake, and I look forward to staying here indefinitely.
