The apartment itself isn't bad, however, the floors are very thin. I can hear just about everything that happens above my floor. It works both ways; I can't turn my surround sound up without a stomp from the upstairs tennants. Laundry at the complex will cost a person 3.00 per small load (cleaned and dried). The area surrounding the apartment complex is nice. A five minute walk to Plymouth Rock and a park with ducks and swans accross the street.
