Overall, we have enjoyed living here. The location is a big plus; it?s within walking distance of the waterfront area and is near a pleasant park. Living on the third floor is definitely better than living on the first, both because we have a balcony and because it?s a bit less damp. No administrative complaints to speak of; management has always been pleasant and responded promptly to our needs. The downsides include limited parking, no recycling on premises, and not enough washers per building. We looked at a number of apartment complexes in the area in addition to this one and this was by far the best bet. Heat/hot water are included in the rent.
