Outstanding Floor Plan and Helpful Staff This is our second Avalon community on the south shore.
They took advantage of the natural setting and developed an outstanding floor plan that works! It feels like a home not an apartment.

I WROTE THE LAST REVIEW AND THIS IS A CONTINUANCE SO THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER SENT OUR ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS EVEN AFTER WE EMAILED SAYING WE CAN PAY 100 A MONTH TILL PAID. THEY WANTED 1000 DOLLARS IN A 15 DAY PERIOD. THEY DIDNT RESPOND TO THE EMAIL ABOUT THE PAYMENT PLAN, NOT EVEN
