I have now been at 135 Quincy Ave for 2 years. The building has been a good fit for me as it meets many of my needs. I drive, but also need public transportation to get to work. The apartment comes with parking and is close to T and bus lines. The apartment itself is great size for the rent, and the neighbors are pretty good about noise levels within the building. 135 Quincy Ave. is nothing spectacular, but if you are looking for a clean, well kept and spacious apartment without spending too much on rent, I recommend it. I recently took a tour of this apartment building. For one thing, the hallways stunk horribly. It smelled like curry throughout the hallways. It was completely stuffy and dirty. The apartment felt old and dark. When I went, a rear window of someone's truck was smashed as it was parked in the lot. Totally unsafe and disgusting. I obviously don't recommend it to anyone!
